An eighteen-year veteran of Silicon Valley Internet technology start-ups, Mr. Razvi was an integral figure in shaping six early-stage companies. In addition to building world-class sales and channel organizations, he has executed more than a thousand strategic alliances and channel relationships around the world, generating revenue in excess of $1B dollars.
Mr. Razvi brings executive thought leadership and practical experience in technology sales, business development and channel management. He has demonstrated the experience and expertise to drive success and growth in the fast-paced, ever-shifting technology environment.
After moving to Silicon Valley from Boston in 1992, Mr. Razvi began his professional career in technology consulting and corporate development. Mr. Razvi co-founded his first Internet technology company in 1994, the Internet Service Provider - A-Link Network Services. In 1997, he went on to provide executive-level alliance and corporate development expertise at Exodus Communications, which held a successful IPO in 1998 and was subsequently acquired by Cable and Wireless for $800M. Following Exodus, Mr. Razvi provided business development expertise to NetVMG and served as advisor to several technology and non-technology companies.
In 2003, Mr. Razvi led alliances and channel development from inception at the Sequoia Capital computer networking start-up, NetScaler, Inc. Citrix Systems acquired NetScaler in 2005 for $325M. Most recently, Razvi held the position of Vice President of Channel Sales with the Kleiner Perkins enterprise wireless start-up, Aerohive Networks.
Mr. Razvi is also an active entrepreneurial supporter and serves as advisor to several high-tech and non-high-tech companies. In 1996, Mr. Razvi was awarded Congressional Recognition for his excellence in business thought leadership and support for the entreprenurial spirit.

Sheen Khoury - Founder and CEO, Virtiv
Prior to co-founding Virtiv, Khoury served as EVP of Field Operations at Aerohive Networks, an enterprise wireless LAN architecture provider. Prior to joining Aerohive, Khoury served as a sales productivity advisor to Ludic Labs where he led the development of their business ecosystem. He also has served as an executive advisor, consultant, and employee to a number of venture-backed emerging companies, such as Jasper Wireless, Rackable Systems (RACK), and B-Hive Networks.
From 2003 through 2006, Khoury was the SVP of sales of the Application Networking Group of Citrix Systems. Khoury joined Citrix through its acquisition of NetScaler, Inc., (August 2005) where he led direct and channel sales teams globally as SVP of worldwide sales growing revenue from $2M to 90M run prior to exiting. Prior to joining NetScaler, Khoury was vice president of sales at Good Technology, Inc. Before that, he was SVP of strategic sales at Exodus Communications. Khoury also held sales executive positions with Primary Knowledge, Genuity, Inc. and Oracle Corporation. Leveraging his degree in purchasing materials management, Khoury started his career at Mobil Oil Corporation in logistics.

Scott Clark is a 14 year information technology sales and leadership veteran. Currently he is building the Chicago global account portfolio with information security leader, Accuvant. Prior to Accuvant, Mr Clark was Director of Sales and Strategic Channels for Aerohive Networks responsible for three regional businesses. He joined Aerohive after building Utopia Solutions, a HP Gold Elite Partner and Inc. 5,000 company, in Chicago from a few consultants to a national brand as company President. Mr. Clark has held several leadership and sales positions from Microsoft, Exodus Communications and Iron Mountain as well. He holds an Executive Development Program Certificate from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Marketing from Butler University.
